These Terms & Conditions apply to the Kalovip platform and all its services. By registering an account, using any of our services, or browsing the website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Kalovip reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website and will take effect from the date the revised terms are published. We recommend checking this page regularly.

These terms have been written in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. However, the English version shall be considered authoritative for any legal matters.

To open an account with Kalovip, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old to register. Kalovip services are strictly prohibited for minors.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and your own.
• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all of them being permanently closed.
• Accounts are for personal use only. Placing bets on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, Kalovip may request proof of identity, proof of address, and payment method documentation. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Kalovip acknowledges an error on its part.
• If odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, Kalovip reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded.
• Any bet linked to match-fixing or other unlawful activity will be considered void.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits are set individually for each market.
• Odds may change during live betting — the odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final.

If a betting strategy or method is found to be disrupting Kalovip's normal operations, restrictions may be placed on the account. Separate rules may apply to professional bettors.

Kalovip supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits are determined by account type.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is any delay, please notify the support team.
• Withdrawal requests may take 1–24 hours to process. Additional time may be required if KYC verification is incomplete.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
• Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same method used for the original deposit.
• To prevent money laundering, Kalovip reserves the right to investigate and freeze any suspicious transactions.

Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts or mobile numbers not registered to your account will not be accepted. For security purposes, funds will only be sent to the number registered on your account.

• The welcome bonus is available once only and applies to your first deposit.
• Bonuses and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• A second bonus generally cannot be activated while another bonus is still active.
• Kalovip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim them fraudulently may result in account closure.

Kalovip is committed to maintaining a fair and secure betting environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or gain any other advantage.
• Using bots, automated software, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or inside information.
